Gelliplate Journal

 

I used the smallest gelli plate to print patchwork type layered blocks. I used my home made stamps and stencils to add extra texture. Once the whole background was covered I stamped all over in the accent colours, the colour was darker because I stamped directly onto the background rather than using the gelli plate. These stamps are made from children's cheap dominos. Although I haven't finished this page I like to get backgrounds ready in my art journal as they can be quite a messy process.
